By submitting User Content, you grant Countdown Calendar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and all other content created by Countdown Calendar (excluding User Content), is owned by Countdown Calendar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
